An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to review and analyse direct costs of production, including material costs and direct labour. The individual will be responsible for providing valuable financial data to aid strategic decision-making. Description The key responsibilities of a Management Accountant will include: Generating accurate and timely financial reports to support management decision-making. Perform cost analyses and profitability assessments for various projects and departments. Participate in budget preparation and enforcement. Assist with internal and external audit procedures. Implement cost accounting systems and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of financial information. Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure financial data accuracy. Assist in other financial projects as required. Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: Experience in management accounting, cost accounting, and financial analysis. Be a part qualified studier towards a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA. Proficiency in accounting software, advanced excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Job Offer A competitive salary range between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience.
