Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to provide support to the Sales team and act as an interface between Sales and other departments, including Operations and Finance, to ensure the smooth operation of sales with our customers globally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily sales order processing of all orders received from Sales
2. Order entering and management in Sage
3. Asset Management in Halo
4. Preparing all necessary paperwork for shipping of products including engagement with couriers
5. Checking customer payments with Finance team
6. Raising the monthly report for Sales team to advise of expiring warranties and licenses
7. Raising invoices for repairs on request from quotes issued by the Support team
8. Liaising with customers regarding shipping updates, invoices, credit notes
9. Taking credit card payments over the phone and checking BACS payments with Finance team
10. Producing weekly Open Sales Order reports for Finance and Sales
11. Requesting credit checks where necessary
12. Sending out software links to new customers
13. Managing trial stock
14. Processing and shipping of trial agreements
15. Working with Sales to ensure trial stock is returned on time
16. Providing additional reports as and when required
17. Managing leads and distributing them to the correct sales person
18. Adding and updating products on Salesforce
Key Attributes
1. Knowledge of and ability to use Sage, Salesforce.com, Halo and MS Office (Essential)
2. Experience in a similar role
