About You They’re looking for an exceptional Senior Bookkeeper to bring experience, precision, and a proactive approach to the team. You’ll be a solutions-focused professional who thrives on managing client relationships and producing high-quality work independently. Qualifications & Experience: AAT Level 4 qualification (minimum) Expertise in Xero and QuickBooks, with certifications being a bonus. Technical Skills: Proven experience conducting in-depth bookkeeping reviews. Strong practice background managing multiple client accounts. Communication Excellence: Outstanding email, phone, and video chat communication skills. Mindset & Work Ethic: Positive, solutions-based attitude. Ability to work independently and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines. Proactive workload management and minimal senior input required.
