We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Email Marketing Coordinator to manage our digital marketing efforts in-house. Role Overview
As our Social Media & Email Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing all social media content and email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, generate leads, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
* Develop and execute a content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
* Create and schedule engaging posts, including images, videos, reels, and stories
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
* Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
* Track and report on engagement, follower growth, and conversions
Email Marketing
* Design and send email campaigns using Mailchimp (or similar platform)
* Create automated email sequences (welcome emails, abandoned cart, post-purchase follow-ups)
* Segment customer lists for targeted email marketing
* Analyse email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimise campaigns
General Digital Marketing Support
* Assist in writing blog content to improve SEO and engagement
* Collaborate with sales agents to provide them with marketing materials
* Research and implement trends in digital marketing to improve campaign performance
* Report on key KPIs and make data-driven recommendations
Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
* 1-3 years experience in social media management and email marketing
* Strong knowledge of Mailchimp (or similar email marketing platforms)
* Experience with Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
* Graphic design skills using Canva (or similar tools)
* Strong copywriting skills (social captions, email subject lines, blog posts)
* Ability to analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
Nice-to-Have:
* Video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva) for short-form content
* Basic SEO knowledge and blog writing experience
* Experience in the outdoor living, home improvement, or lifestyle industry

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
