Sales and Aftercare Administrator (Flagship Homes)

We are pleased to share an opportunity to join our Sales team, as a Sales and Aftercare Administrator. This role will support our sales and aftercare team with various administrative tasks to deliver our new build programme and aftercare service. You will enhance the Flagship Homes brand by providing outstanding customer service, responding to day-to-day enquiries in a timely manner, issuing documents, and ensuring effective record keeping. You will work as part of a team to gather, interpret, and report data.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the maintenance of our online platforms, including social media pages, website, and Influencer Hub, to ensure brand awareness and effective communication with our customers.
* Assist the marketing team by visiting our developments for content creation.
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide exceptional aftercare service.
* Ensure accurate and efficient record keeping and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working within a team cooperatively, as well as the ability to work independently.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workloads.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey messages clearly using a range of styles, tools, and techniques appropriate to the audience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and an understanding of various social media platforms for brand awareness.
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. A recognized Sales Qualification, such as the NFoPP Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property, is desirable but not essential.
* A full UK driving license is required.
