Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Harrogate or Leeds (Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Bonus Are you a driven and analytical sales professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing team within an innovative and purpose-led company. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will work closely with the marketing department to engage potential clients, manage sales leads, and convert them into customers after training. Key Responsibilities: Engage with inbound leads, conducting client calls and nurturing relationships to drive conversions. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts and develop impactful outreach strategies. Utilise HubSpot (CRM system) to track and manage leads, ensuring data accuracy and insight-driven decision-making. Analyse and report on sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth. Confidently communicate with C-suite level stakeholders, building strong relationships and credibility. What We’re Looking For: Experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role, ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on sales data. Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
