What’s involved?
As a Chef de Partie, you will work as part of a team of talented chefs, supporting the Sous and Head Chef in the daily operation of the 2 kitchens. You will be passionate about wanting to give diners the best culinary experience possible, using fresh seasonal ingredients to prepare, cook and present dishes in the Brasserie style restaurant. You will also cater for weddings and C&B of up to 200 covers. At all times, you should ensure that both yourself and the team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
