What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Deliver weekly reports in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all costs are recorded accurately.
2. Raise sales invoices and resolve any queries ahead of time to enable payment in line with agreed terms.
3. Maintain accurate weekly time and attendance system records for both weekly and monthly paid staff to include all exceptions.
4. Ensure all payroll deadlines are met including statutory sick pay and pay deadlines.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Previous experience working in finance, ideally with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
3. Ability to analyse, investigate and problem-solve numerical information.
4. A pro-active, organised approach with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
