Skills Hub Receptionist and Facilitator
Department: Economic Development
Salary Grade 2 £24,790 - £25,992 per annum, pro rata
Part Time, 22.2 hours per week working Wednesday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
Reporting to the Skills Hub Operations Manager, you will act as the initial point of contact offering a welcoming and supportive reception service to all visitors and students. Working as part of a friendly team, you will provide effective administrative duties whilst signposting students to facilities and resources within the hub. Furthermore, you will also provide a supportive service for educational providers occupying the centre to ensure that both users and learners have a positive experience.
We are looking for someone who has experience and confidence in customer service and administrative tasks, is proactive when it comes to problem solving and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
