Online Order Picker
Routine Daily Duties Include:
This is a varied role, which may include some or all of the following activities:
* Picking and packing orders
* Responding to emails and calls
* Dealing with customer service
* Stock control and inventory management
* Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
* Working within established guidelines
* You must be able to work on your own initiative and be keen to bring in ideas to move the company forward
* Strong communication skills are a must
Essential Skills and Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
* Ability to work with others to develop goals of the business, whilst being flexible and able to adapt to working in a highly dynamic and demanding environment
The personal skills that are required for the job:
* Having a friendly and engaging personality
* Should have a confident manner
* Must be helpful and polite
* Assistants should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day and may be required to lift large amounts of stock
* You should have a comprehensive understanding of your area of sales
* Able to work as part of a team
* Knowledge of inventory techniques
* Should be of a smart appearance and articulate
We are recruiting for the following position:
x1 part time online order picker and packer
Any successful candidates will be put on a trial contract for 1 month to check suitability for the job.
