Shipping Coordinator - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

£30,000 - £35,000 + 33 days AL + Flexitime + Hybrid + 7x DIS + Medical cashplan
The Role:
1. Responsible for shipping spare part orders with couriers, including generating export paperwork.
2. Customer contact to resolve customer/supplier shipping issues.
3. Checking and approval of supplier invoices.
4. Using the ERP system for invoicing and general order administration.
5. Provide information and assistance regarding availability of Spare Parts, and notification of order progress.
6. Work in coordination with internal departments.
7. Respond to incoming customer service telephone calls and emails.
The Candidate:
1. Ability to engage and influence all levels of organisation both internally and with customers.
2. Willing to take responsibility and make decisions confidently.
3. Good business acumen.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Enjoys collaborating with others in a team environment.
6. Ability to multitask.
