Job summary Patient Service Advisor - (Bank) Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital | Outpatients | Bank Contract| Shifts: Monday - Thursday between 8am-9pm, Friday 8am - 6pm & Weekend availability £12.01 per hour Main duties of the job As a Customer Service Advisor, you will: Handle customer enquiries (both via telephone and website), supplying customers with information about the services offered at the hospital.
