We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Support Coordinator to join us at The Wellington Centre in Andover on a part-time (25hrs), permanent basis. In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary of £16,480 per annum.
Job Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:
Communication is at the heart of this role, and we’re looking for someone who will excel in keeping everyone informed. As a Support Coordinator, you’ll ensure that people we support, our Support Workers, Support Supervisors, Managers, and the Leadership Team are all in the loop. You’ll be a shining example of clear, respectful communication, helping everyone stay up-to-date on any changes or developments.
You’ll play a key part in making sure our Support Workers are allocated effectively to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that’s timely and safe. Working closely with our experienced Support Coordinator, you’ll become an expert in our rostering system, ensuring that it’s always kept up to date.
In addition, you’ll ensure that our managers have everything they need to deliver a smooth and responsive on-call service. Your reports and updates will help our management teams continue to drive customer excellence and make informed decisions.

Purple Oak Support have been serving the communities of Andover and the surrounding areas for over 55 years. What started out as a concerned group of parents whose children has a learning disability, has now turned into a charity which provides supported living services, domiciliary care, community support and children’s respite.
