Award-winning IT Managed Services Provider growing significantly as a result of a track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Looking for a Service Delivery Manager for one of their key London based clients. You will act as the SDM, as they are transitioning out of one company to a stand-alone business.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Management and delivery of all support services for multiple users.
* Developing and enhancing the strategic relationships.
* Manage financial issues relating to budgets and forecasts to maximise profit.
* The ability to handle difficulties, performance problems and conflict between team members.
* Identify areas within current methods for service improvement.
