What skills and experience we're looking for
The SBM is a senior, professional role within the school.
Reporting directly to the Headteacher, the SBM is responsible for ensuring all non-teaching aspects of the school run efficiently and effectively. The SBM is expected to contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of the school through the management of Finance, Human Resources, Premises, Health and Safety and whole-school Administration.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a leadership and management role, including leading and managing teams and resources, setting and managing budgets and writing and presenting financial reports.
