Core Responsibilities: Producing detailed cost plans and estimates Overseeing contract administration and procurement processes Managing project delivery from inception through to final account Ensuring projects meet budget and quality standards Requirements: To be successful, you’ll need: A degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying A minimum of 3 years’ relevant PQS experience A proven ability to manage projects across the full construction lifecycle Key Skills & Competencies: Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and numerical skills to assess complex financial data and project requirements.
