Are you an Office Assistant with at least 6 months experience of working in a law firm?My London law firm Client is seeking an Office Assistant to oversee the daily operations of the office.You will manage administrative tasks, support legal professionals, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.Duties will include implementing and improving office procedures, managing workflow allocation, assisting with diary management and travel bookings and arranging social events; as well as assisting with recruitment and the training of new staff and coordinating HR-related administrative tasks and assisting in managing CPD records for solicitors and booking training courses.
