Total People, one of the UK's leading apprenticeship providers and part of LTE Group, now have an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to come and join our Data and Funding, planning and Compliance team in the position of Stakeholder liaison officer In this role you will be responsible for representing the business at external events and regularly liaising with young people and employers, ensuring to build and maintain professional relationships. You will be responsible for the completion and processing of documentation relating to stakeholders. This role is offered on a part-time (18.5 hours per week) permanent basis. As a stakeholder liaison officer, working for Total People we can guarantee variety, support and a great company to work for You will be working primarily from our Northwich and Crewe office's with a supportive and experienced team, so help is always on hand. Some further travel may be involved to support with external events. The key responsibilities of this role are as follows: Manage and maintain a caseload of learners and their work placements and carry out regular learner interventions. Build and maintain relationships with local employers and authorities to secure and develop work experience opportunities for learners. Coordinate and manage the logistics of work placements, ensuring all necessary documentation, risk assessments, and agreements are completed. Attend events and meetings when required to promote the provision and attract new learners. Provide ongoing support to all stakeholders during the placement period, addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Maintain accurate records of work placements, learner progress, and employer feedback. Provide reports and updates on the success of work placements and engagement efforts to management. Working closely with the Sales and Operational teams, ensuring that learners are signed up in a timely, professional, and accurate manner, ensuring that all relevant paperwork and processes are completed in line with ESFA, Awarding Organisation and company requirements Ensuring that all paperwork is accurately uploaded to our internal system in a timely manner and informing the appropriate manager if delays to paperwork are being experienced or learners are not engaging with the sign-up process. Support the team with group assessment and induction sessions where applicable. Provide cover at all total people sites when required and supporting our incoming call system.Please see the attached job description for full details.
