This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of a dynamic office, supporting senior management and ensuring business operations run efficiently.\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the office, responsible for overseeing daily operations and creating a productive work environment. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Overseeing office operations, supplies, and facilities management to ensure a well-organised workspace.\n\n * \n\n Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements for senior staff.\n\n * \n\n Handling administrative tasks, including document control, correspondence, and record-keeping.\n\n * \n\n Supporting HR with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.\n\n * \n\n Working closely with the finance team to manage office budgets and expenses.\n\n * \n\n Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.\n\n * \n\n Acting as the key point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and service providers.\n\n * \n\n Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance office efficiency.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly organised and adaptable Office Manager with strong problem-solving skills.
