Job Description
A dynamic and expanding commodity trading firm are currently seeking an experienced Associate Chief of Staff to join our team and assist with all "non-trading" aspects of the business.
Key Duties:
* Strategic Project Management: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to deliver strategic projects that align with the business objectives and strategy.
* Performance Improvement: Own and deliver key action points to enhance KPIs and OKRs across the business.
* Administrative Support: Handle various administrative duties, from general office management to organising company socials, reflecting the small company nature of the role.
Candidate Requirements:
* Collaborative Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate across all areas of the business, including trading, risk, engineering, and finance.
* Project Delivery Experience: Proven experience in delivering strategic projects within a consulting or corporate environment. Experience with trading teams or an understanding of the derivatives trading business is advantageous.
* Proactive Approach: Comfortable with completing all ad-hoc tasks associated with the role and happy to do so with a proactive attitude.
