We have an exciting new role for an Internal Account Manager to join the Sales Team. In the role you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients in the equipment rental industry. This role involves understanding customer needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through planned account management and upselling opportunities. Your key objectives will be to ensure that: Customer Relationship Management- Building a strong long lasting relationships with around 250 accounts, being the primary point of contact addressing any issues and queries. Sales and Revenue Growth - Develop and implement basic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth, along with identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities Market and Product Knowledge- Offer expert advice and solutions to help clients optimize their rental needs and improve their operational efficiency, keeping up to date with all of the new equipment Operational Excellence- Coordinate with all internal department, monitoring account activity and managing all documentation Performance Reporting- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to senior management. Along with analysing data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth. To succeed in the role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours A successful proven track record in customer relationship management Proven experience as an internal account manager or in a similar role advantageous Sales experience within the rental industry advantageous Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to assess data and identify trends and potential relationship or customer development opportunities A customer-centric approach with experience of delivering an exceptional customer experience A natural relationship builder with a collaborative style.
