Plymouth Job Summary An opportunity has arisen for a committed, team orientated individual to join the Ministry of Defence Motor Transport (MT) department at His Majesty's Naval Base (HMNB) Devonport, as the MT Assurance Manager. The role requires a driven individual with a proven record in Transport and Assurance. You will be managing activity, providing appropriate levels of assurance, management, administration, around the use of defence transport at HMNB Devonport. Additionally, the successful applicant will provide direct support to the Intelligent Customer (IC) providing oversight of transport outputs for the Naval Base's enabling contract. Alongside this activity, you will also be the Logistics point of contact for wider Quality Assurance (QA) activity. The successful applicant will also provide support to our contract partner, the Naval Base and its supported units’, by acting as a conduit in providing self and first party assurance around Defence transport regulatory and policy requirements.
