MAK Jobs is recruiting a dedicated Administrator on behalf of our client.
Location: Wellesbourne
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00
You will be coordinating various administrative functions, including finance, payroll, training, HR compliance, absence management, health and safety, environmental quality, and facilities management. Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties: filing, responding to emails, handling inquiries, arranging meetings, and monitoring and ordering site consumables.
- Maintain time and attendance records, addressing payroll queries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Organise filing and archiving systems.
- Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and coordinate events.
- Communicate with customers and clients to resolve queries and issues.
- Assist with HR tasks, including note-taking and maintaining employees records.
- Facility maintenance and compliance checks.
- Assist warehouse operations as required.
- Any other duties required
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers and clients.
- Fluency in written and verbal English communication.
- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
