* Early Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (£27,600 per annum)

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Production Operatives to join our dynamic team. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of high-quality roofing products. Key Responsibilities:
* Operate Machinery: Efficiently use drills, nail guns, and other tools during the production process.
* Read Drawings: Accurately interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and quality control.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct checks to maintain high roofing product standards.
* Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets while maintaining a safe workplace.
* Continuous Improvement: Suggest ideas to enhance processes and improve efficiency in roofing manufacturing.
Requirements:
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
