Responsibilities include:
* Carrying out minor electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, and appliance installation
* Performing routine maintenance tasks, including cosmetic upkeep and preventative measures
* Assisting with other tasks such as assembling furniture, changing light bulbs, painting and decorating, clearing gutters, and maintaining property exteriors
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and hold a valid CSCS card.
