Application Monitoring: Maintain a 99.9% uptime across the eTrading platform, monitor application performance, and perform system administration. Knowledge Management: Document procedures, maintain a knowledge base, and provide user training. Service Improvement: Track application trends, ensure actionable support logs, and reduce manual interventions. Maintenance and Enhancements: Participate in release cycles, validate changes, and coordinate post-release checks. Your experience: A degree from a top university with a background in mathematics or IT 4 years managing Rates eTrading platforms. Experience with Oracle, MSSQL, FIX, Tibco RV, and MQ. Proficiency in Linux and Windows command line.
