Crew Planning is a function within our airline organisation responsible for the production and onward management of all Flight and Cabin Crew Training plans and Rosters. As Crew Training Planning Executive, you will be responsible for updating the Crew Training plan regularly and proactively managing the changes. Please note this role is responsible for the planning and scheduling of training plans and not for the delivery of training courses/programmes. We are happy to consider this role on a hybrid working model with a requirement to be in your local office base (or other TUI Airline source market office) just a couple of times per month. Local office attendance requirements may also need to be observed. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation About The Job As Crew Training Planning Executive, you’ll be Developing the training resource plan (classrooms, simulator, …) to deliver the Crew training plan to budget, managing volume, changes and updating plans Fully utilising all systems available to support and optimise the production of the (training) programme Supporting monthly training planning handover meetings with the Crew Training team to provide a comprehensive crew training handover including KPI’s, updates to the programme and continuous feedback Highlighting risks, opportunities and recommendations to the Crew MPP team Undertaking project work and provide input into ad-hoc activities across all areas of Manpower planning as required Understanding and interpreting industrial agreements, regulatory requirements and their respective planning requirements, applying them to the plan to ensure compliance at all times within the plan Building a strong communication channel within Manpower planning and key stakeholders to ensure that all relevant detail is communicated in an effective, timely manner Identifying and implementing any changes to procedures, ensuring the team procedures handbook is amended accordingly.
