P/T Office Administrator
Location: Tuxford
Hours: 25/30 hours per week
Salary: £13ph
Our manufacturing client based on the outskirts of Tuxford is seeking a new Office Administrator to join the team. Working in a semi-industrial office, you must be happy to work in steel toe caps and workwear.
Duties include:
1. Order parts, materials, and sundries from an established supplier database.
2. Build QA packs and store them in the online filing system; scan and print for shop floor.
3. Capture price changes and date changes using Excel and Access spreadsheets.
4. Manage day-to-day emails and telephone calls.
5. Match batch and code invoices for Head Office Accounts.
6. Support factory manager with admin functions for the site.
The ideal Office Administrator must have worked in a semi-industrial environment and be happy in this environment. They must be a self-starter who has intermediate Word and Excel skills and be happy to work using their own initiative.
The hours are flexible between a 7:30 am start and a 4:30 pm finish.
