You will be working alongside our partner agencies police, probation, health, education etc You will work with a complex and diverse range of needs and have the skills to evaluate risk, ensuring timely decisions are made for our families of the borough. About you: You will need to have a professional qualification in Social Work/Care and be registered with Social Work England. You will need to have good organisational skills to work to strict deadlines and pressures while balancing safety and risk management. You will need to work flexibly and within the needs of the service and have experience in working in specialist settings such as a MASH team. You will need to have good IT skills and familiarity with systems such as Liquid Logic.
