By offering guidance and encouragement, you will help students overcome challenges, enabling them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. What You’ll Be Doing: Assist in Delivering Lessons: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across different subjects. Provide One-to-One or Small Group Support: Help students who need extra support to understand and access the curriculum. Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all students. Support Student Development: Assist in the academic, social, and emotional development of students, including those with additional learning needs. Help with Classroom Management: Support the teacher in maintaining an orderly and productive classroom. Criteria for Applicants: Experience as a Learning Support Assistant is preferred, but not essential. Passion for helping students achieve their best and build confidence in their abilities. Ability to adapt and support a variety of learning needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years with any gaps explained.
