What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Provide tailored, one-on-one support to a Year 1 student, focusing on managing behaviour and promoting positive engagement.
2. Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies and supporting the child’s social and emotional development.
3. Work closely with the classroom teacher to create a structured and supportive learning environment.
4. Build a positive, trusting relationship with the child to help them feel secure and valued.
5. Monitor progress, celebrate successes, and provide valuable feedback to support the child’s development and well-being.
What You’ll Bring:
1. GCSE-level education (experience in SEN care or adult care homes is a bonus!).
