As a valued member of our school community, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the class teacher by assisting with classroom activities, lesson preparation, and student supervision. Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, delivering tailored interventions and providing additional support as needed. Help to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, respected, and engaged. Assist with the implementation of behaviour management strategies and support students in developing positive social skills. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each student. Support students with special educational needs (SEN) by implementing individualised support plans and accommodations. Requirements: Positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for working with children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualifications. Previous experience working in a school setting or with children is desirable but not essential. Eligibility to work in the UK. Benefits: Competitive daily rates of £85.00, payable on a weekly basis.
