Main duties of the job
We are seeking an ambitious, innovative, and customer-focused Retail Catering Manager to lead and transform our retail catering team. Job responsibilities

4. Focus on Quality: Maintain a relentless focus on delivering high-quality food and services, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of all operations.
5. Ensure Food Safety and Compliance: Oversee strict adherence to food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining up-to-date certifications.
6. Lead and Develop the Team: Inspire, manage, and support the catering team to achieve their full potential, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
7. Champion Sustainability: Promote environmentally friendly practices in line with organizational values, including waste reduction, sustainable sourcing, and energy efficiency initiatives.
