Are you a Sales Administrator or similar seeking a new opportunity within a dynamic team offering internal training and support to aid your development? On offer is the opportunity to be part of a market-leading company committed to enhancing fire safety solutions within the Oil & Gas, Marine & Shipping and the Renewable energy sectors providing equipment and technical components.
This role involves sales order processing, from inquiries through to order fulfilment. Maintaining accurate client and vendor accounts, following up on sales opportunities, sourcing equipment with competitive pricing, and liaising with the Service Centre for accurate job quotations. This role would suit someone with a background in Sales Administration or similar within an Engineering or Industrial sector looking to join an 8-4:30 role, no shifts, no weekends.
The Role
* Manage sales order processing from inquiries to fulfilment
* Creating quotations, follow up on warm enquiries
* Support the team processing documentation and implementing health and safety
The Person
* Background in Sales Administration
* Familiar with Sage 50 (Not essential)
* Commutable to Marywell
