IT Analyst/Specialist
Location: Bournemouth, UK
Type: Full-Time On-Site
Salary: £50-60k
Are you a skilled IT professional with a strong background in Microsoft technologies? We are looking for an IT Analyst/Specialist to join our clients team and take a hands-on role in managing and maintaining their IT infrastructure at our Wimborne office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage Microsoft-based systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Teams.
* Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure services such as virtual machines, storage, and networks.
* Offer training and technical support to users, ensuring efficient use of IT systems and tools.
* Handle service requests through the IT Service Management tool, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
* Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, LAN/WAN networks, and related peripherals in collaboration with supporting teams.
* Contribute to global security initiatives to enhance the organisation's overall security framework.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, specialising in Microsoft technologies.
* Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Strong experience with networking, including LAN/WAN, patch management, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
* Familiarity with ERP systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, or others would be advantageous.
* Proven ability to organise workloads, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
