Title: Lettings Administrator
Location: Harrogate Town Centre
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Are you looking for a role within the property sector? We are recruiting for a well-organised facilities coordinator to join our client based in Harrogate Town Centre. You’ll be working within a small team ensuring all properties are being run correctly and organising contractors for any work needed.
Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with client queries via phone and email
2. Manage repair/project work on properties through to completion
3. Update clients on any delays
4. Dealing with 3rd party contractors and suppliers
5. Work regularly with the accounts, plus adhoc holiday cover (training provided)
6. Helping with monthly reporting
7. Ensuring annual checks are completed
Requirements:
1. Experience in a similar role, desired but not essential
2. Customer Service and Admin skills
3. Experience in a fast-paced role
4. IT skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
