Rate: 30p/hr
NonStop's client, based in the South West, is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join their therapeutic, non-profit fostering agency as a Supervising Social Worker on a part time, locum basis. This non-profit organisation is dedicated to putting the well-being of foster families and social workers at the forefront of their practice. With an Outstanding Ofsted rating and rave reviews from employees, you can be assured that you will be working with a team that values you and is passionate about putting people's needs above profit.
This role is also fully home based aside from visiting foster carers. This allows you the opportunity to have an incredibly flexible schedule and ensures a positive work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee foster families and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
* Provide support and advice for foster carers
* Manage a case of around foster carers in Cornwall and Devon
Requirements:
* Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
* Driver
* Experience working in the fostering sector - ideally at least 2 years
