Role Purpose
CDP is seeking a dedicated, mission-driven Partnerships Manager to join the Accredited Solutions Provider (ASP) team at CDP. In this role, you will be based in CDP’s Berlin office and will support the wider team in growing and delivering the Accredited Solutions Provider program with a specific focus in the EMEA region.

About the ASP Partnerships Program:
CDP’s Accredited Solutions Provider program connects our base of thousands of disclosing companies with expert providers that can support their environmental measurement, management, and leadership efforts. Their services include verification, software, consultancy, renewable energy, science-based targets, and more. The successful candidate will be joining a high-achieving, talented, and friendly team of global account managers with whom you’ll collaborate closely to deliver the ASP program.
Key accountabilities:
* Account management of around 15 partner companies in the EMEA region, including sales pipeline building, outreach and conversion; renewing and up-selling of existing partnership contracts.
* Partnership engagement: regular touch-bases with partner contacts to develop and maintain positive relations; delivery of key partnership benefits; assist in providing networking opportunities for partners.
* Responsibility for achieving annual EMEA ASP revenue target of $1m+ to contribute to CDP’s essential sustainability mission.
* Join ASP team meetings, contributing ideas and strategies to enhance and optimize the program.
* Ad hoc activities and projects related to the ASP program and/or broader CDP initiatives as required.
You will have the following skills and experience:
Essential:
* Professional experience: at least 3 years’ experience in sales management, ideally within the EMEA nonprofit or sustainability sector, with a strong track record of building sales pipelines, securing partnerships, up-selling renewals, and hitting or exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
* Language skills: fluent proficiency in English, verbal and written, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across cultural and linguistic boundaries.
* Regional knowledge: in-depth understanding of the EMEA sustainability landscape, including regulatory and economic considerations relevant to the sustainability sector.
* Relationship management: proven ability to build and sustain meaningful partnerships with a variety of stakeholders, including corporate partners and government entities.
* Project management: strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain admin, prioritize tasks, and deliver on deadlines.
Desirable:
* Experience in sustainability or environmental sectors.
* Proficiency in German and another EMEA language.
* Experience in D365 or other CRM and data analysis tools.
This is a full-time role based at CDP’s Berlin office reporting to the Head of ASP Partnerships (London-based).
Salary and benefits:
Competitive salary dependent on experience, 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, generous non-contributory pension provision, Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance, training and development, flexible working opportunities, and other benefits.
