VMware Architect - MUST HOLD A VALID SC OR DV CLEARANCE
Are you an experienced VMware Architect looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a highly skilled contractor to join our team in Stevenage on a long-term project. This will start on site and move into a remote/hybrid role after short time frame.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Design, implement, and support VMware vSphere and vSAN, ideally with vSAN Express Storage Architecture (ESA)
* Plan, regulate, test, and maintain computer operations and integrations
* Produce technical documentation, procedures, and new solutions
* Work collaboratively with support teams to meet contractual requirements
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring needs are met within the agreed support framework
* Contribute to team milestones, SLAs, and KPIs
