Credit Controller & Finance Administrator

Working Style: In office ideally once p/wk or possibly once p/fortnight
Salary: Up to £36,000 + Benefits
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller & Finance Administrator to join the team! If you have a keen eye for accuracy, strong communication skills, and experience in insurance finance, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue reconciliation – Ensure bordereaux aligns with policy details and cash payments
Aged debt management – Monitor and resolve overdue accounts within KPI targets
Financial reporting – Prepare aged debt reports & MI for monthly finance reviews
Credit control – Chase overdue payments while maintaining professionalism
Finance support – Assist with audits, invoicing, and expense postings
What You’ll Need:
3+ years’ experience in a similar insurance finance role
Strong Excel & financial software skills (e.g., Sage, Xero)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Confident in credit control and reconciliations
Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvements
