We have a new opportunity supporting a mid 20s adult in the Chippenham area. She is a very active, fun-loving young lady that enjoys doing various activities throughout the week. She communicates using a mix of speech and Makaton (sign language), though she hears and understands spoken word perfectly and makes herself understood. She would love to become an active member of her local community.
