Setting: Office based with one day a week working from home rising to two days

Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for two Outbound Sales Account Managers. We are looking for a new business hunter with a passion for achieving financial targets and strong selling, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Job Specification
These roles would suit individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment as you will be opening new accounts, reactivating old ones, and managing relationships. You will be driven by financial target achievement as well as providing our customers with the ultimate experience. Your responsibilities include:
* Achievement of set sales targets.
* Achievement of set Key Performance Indicators such as proactive talk time, quotes generated, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
* CRM daily management and reporting on customer engagement and updates of customer contacts.
* Daily pipeline management for weekly forecasting.
* Order and backorder management to proactively manage customer expectations on delivery.
* Building an understanding of XMA’s offerings, including engagement with other departments e.g., Pre Sales, Config offerings, and Services.
* Assisting customers in using direct electronic ordering tools.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in a target-driven sales environment:
* Ability to gain commitment on actions to build credibility.
* Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
* Proficiency in customer satisfaction and interacting with customers.
* Strong listening and presentation skills.
* Business acumen expertise, building competitive advantage through understanding of the industry.
Some knowledge of IT hardware and services would be an advantage, but we are looking for someone with direct sales experience in any sector, whether that be IT, mobile phones, broadband, car sales, etc. If this is you, click apply for immediate consideration.
