Main Responsibilities and Duties As Senior Childcare Worker, you will assist the Foundation Base Lead in providing a safe, secure, and stimulating learning environment for our children. You will carry out planned activities under the general guidance and supervision of the Foundation Base Leader and contribute to the provision of high-quality day care provision. In addition, you will be actively involved in the planning and delivery of a curriculum aimed at meeting agreed objectives and targets. Keeping accurate records and maintaining confidentiality are also important aspects of the role.
