Temporary Administrators
£11.44-£14.00ph, Various locations - Harrogate, Boroughbridge, Kirk Hammerton, Knaresborough, Ripon, Melmerby, full and part time hours available, on site parking, immediate start available and potential for permanent positions after probation period.
We are currently recruiting for a number of administrators in and around the Harrogate area. We have various roles and responsibilities but most positions require previous administration experience with a good level of customer service skills.
Here is a list of some of the likely responsibilities, however each role will vary slightly, for full details of each role please get in touch.
Responsibilities:
* Take all incoming calls
* Answer customer queries or redirect to the appropriate department
* Process sales and/or purchase orders
* Provide quotations/estimations to customers
* General admin duties
* Update CRM system
* Assist other departments as and when required
* Deal with couriers and third party companies to ensure smooth delivery process
Requirements:
* You will have strong administration skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
* Ideally be an advanced user of excel
* A keen eye for detail
* Have the ability to prioritise your workload
* You will ideally need your own transport due to some of these locations
These Temporary Administrator roles would suit someone who has worked in a similar environment as either administrator, order processor, sales support, customer service advisor or similar.
