As an Account Executive, you’ll be the go-to contact for our customers, managing key accounts while actively generating new opportunities to drive revenue growth. You’ll need to be hungry for sales, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for e-commerce technology.

The day to day:
Drive Customer Acquisition: Guide prospects through their trial journey, using product demos and
consultative sales techniques to convert them into loyal customers.
* Maximise Revenue: Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio by upselling, cross-selling, and encouraging adoption of new and existing features to boost revenue.
* Own Retention and Renewals: Actively manage your accounts to prevent churn, implementing targeted strategies and initiatives to retain and renew customers.
* Maximise Product Value: Partner with customers to ensure they fully leverage our product suite, driving higher adoption, operational efficiency, and ROI.
* Strategic Engagement: Develop tailored account plans that align with customer goals and business needs, ensuring mutual success and long-term growth.
* Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use CRM systems, AI tools, and analytics to moniton engagement, track progress, and identify opportunities to expand and optimise accounts.
* Influence Key Decision-Makers: Regularly engage with key stakeholders to ensure our solutions align with their evolving business needs, keeping them invested in our partnership.
* Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Product, Support, and other teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
* Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep an eye on industry developments to offer proactive insights that help customers grow and remain loyal.
* Leverage AI for Efficiency: Use AI-driven tools to streamline account management, uncover growth opportunities, and optimise your workflow for maximum impact.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* A proven track record in sales, ideally within a tech or SaaS company.
* Strong revenue-focused mindset with experience driving portfolio growth.
* Exceptional business acumen with the ability to interpret customer needs into actionable solutions.
* Demonstrated proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot a plus) and familiarity with analytics for decision-making.
* Experience with AI tools and a commitment to staying current with AI trends and products to drive productivity and customer success.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on influencing and persuading senior stakeholders.
* Adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
