We’re looking to recruit a pro-active, driven sales professional based anywhere in the UK for an above property role that will give you access to multiple brands, a diverse portfolio of UK and European hotels and access to stakeholders across a business setting the standard when it comes to hospitality.

A day in the life of…
As the strategic leader for sales across our entire EMEA region, you’ll be responsible for identifying market trends, influencing and delivering initiatives that will add value and drive top line performance through our on-property hotel sales teams.
You'll constantly be identifying opportunities to improve and streamline ways of working and processes to deliver growth in top line revenue in-line with goals and targets.
This position will see you take the lead on identifying top talent within the sales organisation and working with other functions to implement learning & development opportunities to retain and grow established talent within the organisation. You will also take on management responsibilities for the established account management team within Aimbridge EMEA to ensure we grow our market share.
What do we need from you?
* Sales Experience: For this role, it's essential that you have prior sales experience within the hospitality industry in an above property role as you’ll be implementing the sales strategy for a significant part of the commercial division. This may also involve playing a leading role on major strategic bids, so experience in conversations around development would be advantageous.
* Industry Awareness and External Network: As our strategic leader for sales you’ll have the experience and ability to develop strategic relationships within the commercial landscape to find opportunities to advance the innovation agenda through partnerships and collaboration with brands.
* An action orientated self-starter: This role offers a range of existing leads and opportunities, but you’ll need to be a driven self-starter who can look at the bigger picture to spot key opportunities that will help you leverage deals with new and existing stakeholders for multiple hotels and geographical locations.
* A constant focus on performance: You’ll continuously link with brand partners closely aligning performance expectations, and holding people accountable for delivering consistent outcomes across the Division.
* An influencer who instils trust: Whilst this role has no direct reports, you’ll need to be a keen influencer of people, able to spot new opportunities within existing and new business and client groups and coaching those around you.
* Performance Management and Talent Development: This role will see you lead the development and delivery of performance management, talent development methods and. You’ll need the experience and authority to allow you to provide guidance and personal coaching to the senior hotel leadership teams to implement in their hotels and applying these processes with their direct reports.
