As a customer service coordinator for the primary Ocado operation, you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S products. Our operation in Spalding is looking for candidates who can commit to a 4-on-4 off shift pattern working 12-hour shifts.

What will you do & what will you need:
1. Act as a single point of contact for Ocado Primary so information is passed over swiftly
2. Track all PODS out and back in to ensure accuracy and minimise invoice queries
3. Create, update and communicate all Ocado KPIs
4. Ensure all delivery discrepancies are correctly recorded and communicated to the business and customer as necessary
5. Assist with all customer queries and operational requests in a timely and professional manner
6. Daily monitoring and updating of various delivery reports for the business
7. Support the daily operation to ensure smooth running of department and wider business
8. Complete and circulate various ad hoc weekly customer reports
9. Provide feedback to various departments and customers on investigated incidents
10. Daily, collate and circulate ad hoc warehouse reports as required by the operation
11. Liaise with the warehouse & transport teams to keep bays moving and support the overall daily smooth running of the operation
12. Check all inbound paperwork is sufficient and deal with any discrepancies
13. Ensure all outbound paperwork and load packs are complete and correct
14. Ensure relevant outbound paperwork is uploaded to required customer system
15. Ensure paperwork is both archived and/or scanned to the system correctly
16. Record any ASN issues on relevant system
17. General administrative duties as deemed necessary by the operation

4. Good level of written and spoken English
5. Team player with ‘can do attitude’ and ability to work without direct supervision
6. A flexible and methodical approach to work and hours
