Field Service Engineer
Salary: £40k - £44k + Bonus + Vehicle + OEM Training
Location: Cambridgeshire
A valued partner of nGenium is looking to grow their engineering team and has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to contribute to the service, repair, preventative maintenance, and testing of an outstanding range of Labs devices. They are a leading Life Science technology company with a global presence, innovative technology, and excellent progression routes.
In this Field Service Engineer role you can expect:
1. Conducting servicing and repairs on a diverse array of equipment.
2. Crafting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) test protocols.
3. Continuous learning and development as well as high-quality manufacturer training on an impressive range of labs devices.
4. Installing new equipment at various sites and providing operator training.
A suitable Field Service Engineer would need:
1. A minimum of HNC or degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field.
2. 2+ years’ experience in a field service engineer position within a labs or clinical setting.
3. Knowledge of Liquid Handling, automation, medical diagnostics, chromatography.
4. Full UK driving license and right to work.
