JOB DESCRIPTION: SEN TUTOR Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide individualised support and tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement tailored learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' learning and development Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with SEN At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring Education: Relevant degree or equivalent qualification Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a teaching or tutoring role Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of SEN needs and strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles Organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN education Experience working in a school or educational setting Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, temporary position. Work may involve evenings or weekends to accommodate students' schedules. Must be able to travel to student locations within Oxfordshire.
