As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse and goods handling processes, in line with company policies and industry best practices. You will be responsible for receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring stock rotation, and actively participating in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) and quality audits.
Responsibilities:
* Follow Givaudan’s policies, values, and procedures.
* Receive and dispatch goods as per the established procedures.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the warehouse.
* Assist in maintaining stock rotation and warehouse organisation.
* Participate in EHS and Quality audits.
* Adhere to EHS and Quality policies and contribute to a safe work environment.
* Operate FLTs and pallet trucks for loading/unloading.
* Liaise with procurement to ensure timely ordering of consumables.
* Utilise ERP system for warehouse tasks.
* Liaise with production operations to meet customer needs and ensure timely order completion.
* Participate in regular Cycle counts of Inventory.
* Perform any other tasks as required to support warehouse operations.
Skills Requirements:
* High flexibility to deal with multiple tasks and/or changing tasks
* 4 GCSE’s or equivalent Grade C or above.
* FLT experience preferred but not essential.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Physical Demands:
